Decent candles, slow support
I ordered a 'Forest Awakening' luxury candle and a set of 'Citrus Burst' wax melts. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 6 days for the package to arrive in California, which was a bit longer than I expected for standard shipping. The candle itself burns evenly and the scent is pleasant, not too strong. One wax melt arrived slightly chipped, so I contacted customer service. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me, but they did offer a replacement or a partial refund. I chose the refund. The product quality is good, but support could be faster.
Pleasant scents, fair delivery
I bought an aromatherapy candle and a diffuser refill. The scents, 'Relaxation Retreat' and 'Woody Wonder', were both very nice and true to their descriptions. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived intact. Delivery took about 5 business days, which is pretty standard. I did notice that while they offer bundle deals, I couldn't combine that with the newsletter discount I received, which was a minor annoyance. Overall, good products and a decent shopping experience, but it would be nice if more discounts stacked.
